My name is Paul Warburton. I am lucky to live in Cumbria where the beautiful county side has been an inspiration for my work 
I have been painting from an early age. 
I paint in many media but oils and watercolours are my favourites. 
My favourite artists are Monet and Degas. 
I have been very influenced by impressionism and mainly work in this style. Though I don't see myself as strictly an impressionist

Art to me is about how I see the world and my interpretations. I don't like to be tied down to a single genre and see my art as a fusion of many genres.

  I have a broad, encompassing approach and feature impressionistic elements as well as some surreal elements.
